By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We accept requests for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are defective, shipped in error, damaged, or if you are simply unsatisfied with the product.

If your return request is approved, we will immediately begin processing your request.

Refund Approval Time: Within 24–48 hours (including weekends).
Refund Processing Time: Funds will be returned to your original payment account within 7 business days.

Before returning any items, please be sure to contact our customer service team first.

Please clearly mark your Order Number on the return package (this is a mandatory requirement for refund requests). If you prefer an exchange, we also offer a free replacement service.

We reserve the right to refuse return requests initiated for the purpose of malicious competition.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item itself has a quality defect, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Contact Customer Support, select the "Refund/Exchange" option, provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, and upload relevant photos (specifically for damaged or defective items).
We will respond within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends) with return instructions. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder.

Scope of Our Responsibility

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

We will assume full responsibility: We will remake and reship the item to you free of charge, or provide a full refund.

Please provide your Order Number and photos of the damaged item(s).

Shipping Errors

We will assume full responsibility.

Please provide your Order Number and photos of the actual item(s) you received. We will reship the correct item(s) to you free of charge, or provide a refund.

Product Defects or Missing Accessories

Please provide relevant photos and your Order Number.

For minor defects that do not affect normal usage: We may offer a voucher or a partial refund as compensation.

Quality Issues Within 30 Days

Malfunctions caused by manufacturing workmanship or raw material quality issues:
